Our philosophy is to offer a hands-on and functional approach to wellness by combining manual and dynamic stretching, functional strengthening and core stabilization. We use different protocols to allow you to achieve those goals. You may do Pilates, Kettlebells, Clubbells, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, Pegasus®, postural
alignment, weight training, stretch therapy and martial arts fitness.
All of instructors are the best in their selected fields. They are dedicated professionals who have different interests from dance to martial arts to give clients a variety of specialized exercise and therapy programs.
