BODYSCAPES WELLNESS CENTER
Our philosophy is to offer a hands-on and functional approach to wellness by combining manual and dynamic stretching, functional strengthening and core stabilization. We use different protocols to allow you to achieve those goals. You may do Pilates, Kettlebells, Clubbells, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, Pegasus®, postural
alignment, weight training, stretch therapy and martial arts fitness.
All of instructors are the best in their selected fields. They are dedicated professionals who have different interests from dance to martial arts to give clients a variety of specialized exercise and therapy programs.
We have first hand experience on the pressures and demands placed on the body by stress, age, sports and injuries. Each of our instructors has been actively involved in serious exercise,
a martial art, a sport or dance or competitive sport.
All of our instructors strive for peak performance, whether your interest is to alleviate pain, change your body composition, improve your fitness level, enhance your sports performance or increase over-all wellness and quality of life.
Our nearly 5 thousand square feet facility allows for multi-functional programs with lockers, towels and shower. There are private treatment rooms for our physical therapy, manual therapy, stretch therapy and massage.
Fitness and performance enhancement is available at Bodyscapes. Programming available, either supervised or on-site or developed and instructed for use at a facility of your choice.
We specialize in injury prevention programs, foot and ankle treatments including mobilization and proprioceptive techniques. BODYSCAPES is a healthy haven!
