Concentration 101: Pilates Apparatus

Pilates Apparatus (Certification) course:  is a ten week learning process that is presented seamlessly, elegantly and clearly. You will understand the fine points of the apparatus exercises; relevant anatomy; modifications and contra-indications; spring formulas; and how to teach real people, not just other instructors.

The cost is $2760.00 ($600 in addition for installments) plus $125.00 worth of materials.
