GYROKINESIS ™ is the floor work of the GYROTONIC Expansion System. It is an active yoga classwhich begins with participants sitting on stools. It is based on Juliu Horvath's extensive experience with judo, ballet, swimming gymnastics, acupressure and Kundalini practices.
