You can design a mentorship program which best suits your personal needs.

Option one
Weekly visits in our studio under the direction of a team leader, watching program design and working privately.

Option two
Send photos of your client with outlines provided. Our team will send you an exercise prescription, e-mail consultations, advice and program design.

Option three
Consider a week or two internship program observing and taking private sessions at our studio. During this time, you will immerse yourself in a total-fitness exercise setting. You will learn better ways to do your postural analysis and program designs as well as exercise programs to suit your clients every need.

Option four
You design the program and we will do our best to suit your needs.

The costs for the mentorship programs vary depending upon amount of time involved.
The costs range from $100 to $600.00 a year, depending upon the program.

Consider our mentorship program. It is for the Pilates professional who wants to fine tune their Pilates skills. It is for the Gyrotonic® instructor who wants to understand the purpose of each exercise. It is for the fitness professional who wants to learn functional protocols using all modalities from Russian kettle bells to weights to tubing.
