Power Ring Training

The Power Ring is a challenging, adaptable training system that compliments, pilates, Gyrotonic®, Feldenkrais® and Russian Kettlebells. The Power rings allow for free range of motion, which is the same advantage of Kettlebells, Gyrotonic®, Pilates and Feldenkrais®.

Power Rings allow your joints to move naturally during the full range of motion. Exercise variations are countless with the Power rings. The rings allow for training in ranges not available with other pieces of equipment. For example, usually when doing pull-ups, push-ups and dips, the force is directed upward. But with the Power Rings, the force is directed downward, turning the tables on your muscles. That's why the Power Ring system is so complimentary to all the Bodyscapes' exercise protocols.
