Personal Coaching:

If you are looking to increase the intensity of your workouts, or would simply like personal support and guidance in reaching your goals, our staff can help you find what workout is best for you. Give us your schedule, personal needs, goals and preferences and our staff will determine which of our experts will be best suited for YOU!

The qualifications of our staff exceed the industry standards. Bodyscapes' faculty has either a college degree/degrees and/or are professionally licensed/certified in their area of expertise.

PROGRAM FEES

ONE-ON-ONE FEES

1 weight training session $45
10 sessions weight training $405

1 Pilates session $55
10 sessions Pilates $495

1 session specialty training or combo pilates/weights $55
10 sessions for $495

DUET PROGRAM
** Duet responsible for time commitment

1 session $35 each person

10 sessions $300 each person

1 session with Angela Sundberg $40

GYROTONIC® or 1 session with Angela Sundberg $65

Your first session is 60 minutes. All other sessions are 55 minutes

Two-on-One training is a buddy system that requires two clients to make time commitments to each other and to their coach. Training sessions must be scheduled together.

Failure to show for any scheduled appointment will result in the loss of that session.
