ABOUT YOUR BODYSCAPES STAFF
BODYSCAPES IS TEAM FITNESS. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONALS WILL WORK WITH YOU DURING YOUR PRIVATE OR GROUP SESSION.

INSTRUCTORS
 

ANGELA SUNDBERG MS BODYSCAPE'S founder, began her career in rehab. Angela trains instructor's in functional exercise protocals, including self-defense techniques, sports-specific exercise and kettlebells. Angela is a certified Feldenkrais® practitioner, a GYROTONIC®/Gyrokinesis instructor, CSCS, and member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. In addition, Angela is a certified ZHealth practitioner,certified Clubbell® lnstructor, PDR certified (Personal Readiness Defense), a certified Kettlebell instructor (RKC), and trained in Russian and Brazilian Martial Arts. Angela has trained over 85 professional athletes and mentored over 1500 fitness professionals here and internationally. She is the founder and current director of Bodyscapes Performance Pilates certification programs.

SUNDBERG

is a neuro-muscular massage therapist, certified laser therapist, weight trainer, and Pilates instructor.

has a master's degree in neuro-science. David is a certified personal trainer, a certified Kettlebell instructor and a functional/sport's specific therapist. He has studied martial arts for 13 years and is studying GYROTONIC®. and Pilatesi. Daily by appointment

BUENAVENTURA
is a personal trainer and certified Pilates instructor. Cynthia is a functional exercise specialist, teaches stability ball and is studying GYROTONIC®.

CERTIFICATION STAFF
  Michele Olson
has a PhD in exercise physiology and holds the title of Distinguished Research Professor at Auburn University Montgomery. She was the first to conduct and publish studies on the physiological effects of Pilates. Dr. Olson is also a Fellow of the ACSM, a Reebok Master Trainer, a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and advisory board member for the "Journal of Dance Medicine and Science". She has been teaching a variety of exercise forms for over 22 years.

  Dale Heuser
MS, M.Ed. Dale Heuser, International Fitness Presenter & Master Trainer for Resist-A-Ball, has been educating, coaching and challenging both athletes and fitness instructors for over twenty-three years. Dale has produced and starred in eight exercise videos and has been involved in the production of over 50 other fitness videos. Dale is a continuing education provider for the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). Currently Dale teaches in the Health and Exercise Science Department at Paradise Valley. Dale is best known for his precise cuing, infectious energy and his creative teaching concepts.
