Bodyscapes teaches Pilates PURE AND SIMPLE. Using the authentic principles of breathing, alignment, flow, concentration, rhythm and routine, Bodyscapes follow the traditional protocols that German athlete Joseph Pilates developed in the 1920's.

Our teachers preserve the essence of the original work integrating current research of bio-mechanics to adapt the work to each client.



The Bodyscapes' Pilates program stimulates body awareness by providing a safe, challenging, revitalizing workout. . Pilates emphasizes movement quality, core stability and breathing. We teach you how to contract muscles.   We teach you how to re-pattern the firing sequence of muscles. It is important because Pilates machines do not work you.  You work the Pilates machines.

Our clients work privately or with small, pre-set groups. Your initial visit begins with a postural assessment so that your future privates or your group classes will best help you meet your goals.

Private sessions
are $55 to $65 an hour.
Privates may be booked to suit your schedule, and are available Monday through Saturday.

Group sessions
range from $15 to $25. A minimum of 2 private sessions are mandatory before you can join a group class.

All classes require pre-registration and 24-hours notice to cancel.
