WEIGHT TRAINING:
uses weights and synchronized equipment to build endurance and strength. We offer nutritional guidance for a balanced approach.

Training to success or to failure?

If you are training to failure, you are training to fail.

Training for strength, power? If the answer is yes, lift with conscious intensity, the heaviest weight you can for no more than 3 to five reps. If you want to get stronger you must push your weight limits but do not exhaust yourself with reps.

Heavy low rep training is safer than lifting a light weight numerous times. Most serious injuries occur when you are fatigued and from loosing your posture because you are tired.

The body was not designed to work until you drop. Heavy training, if not overdone, energizes you. Low rep, heavy work for exa mp le, three sets of three reps at ninety percent of your maximum is often e mp loyed by Russian coaches to produce a tonic effect on their athletes' nervous systems, according to master sports trainer Pavel Tsatsouline.

PERSONAL COACHING:
Work one-on-one with a trainer to develop a program specific to your aims and abilities and achieve your ultimate potential.

Bodyscapes clients work with a family of trainers. This unique experience gives you the flexibility of working at times that are best for you with a variety of fitness coaches trained in Bodyscapes’ protocols.

Each trainer has expertise in specific areas so our team approach allows you to experience the zenith in sport fitness, cardiovascular training, speed/explosion training, rehab, aerobics, weights, Feldenkrais, Gyrokinesis, Pilates and Gyrotonic.

Bodyscapes is team fitness. You pick the time, and a fitness coach will excite your training experience. Bodyscapes is where fitness begins; continues intelligently to GIVE YOU THE BEST RESULTS. Our team approach is designed to bring you the best possible exercise experience.

We have full cardio equipment includes an EFX, two trampolines, jumpboots and stairs, treadmills, and an upper body Ergometer.
